Waitlist Terms & Email Use

These terms describe how we handle your information when you join the Draftloom waitlist. They are intentionally simple and focused on this early-access list.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

  • Your email address.
  • Optional context like how you found Draftloom or a short note you choose to share.

How we use it

We use your email address to:

  • Send updates about Draftloom and its roadmap.
  • Invite you to early access, beta programs, or feedback rounds.
  • Share occasional writing and thinking resources that are directly related to Draftloom.

We do not sell your data. We only use your email and any optional note you provide to run the waitlist and understand who we are building for.

Service providers

To operate the waitlist and future product, we may use infrastructure providers (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, or analytics). These providers help us store and send communications but are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

How to opt out

You can opt out of the waitlist at any time by:

  • Using an unsubscribe link in an email (when available), or
  • Replying to a waitlist email and asking to be removed from future messages.

Once you opt out, we will stop sending you waitlist-related communications, though we may retain minimal records necessary to respect your opt-out.

No account or purchase

Joining the waitlist does not create a Draftloom account, does not require payment, and does not guarantee access to any future paid plan. It simply signals that you are interested in the product and would like to hear from us as it develops.

Changes to these terms

If we change how we handle waitlist data in a meaningful way, we will update these terms and, where appropriate, let you know by email or via the site.
